As Service Director, you will be responsible for providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing its preparedness for daily service.Qualifications:A minimum of two years of experience working as a front-of-house/floor manager in a fast-paced, high volume, fine dining restaurant.An unparalleled commitment to hospitality and customer service.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to motivate and manage staff.Extensiveknowledge of fine dining service and food.Strong background and understanding of beverage programs.Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.DOH Food Handler’s Certificate and Tips Certification.Willingness to grow and learn.Duties:Work closely with GM and management team to oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations.Recruit, hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and motivate staff.Conduct pre-shiftmeetings.Open and close the restaurant.
